033 is a Iloilo landline area code, not a mobile prefix
033 is not a Globe, Smart or DITO number. It is the landline area code for Iloilo. Iloilo City and Iloilo province, including Guimaras.
What network is 033?
None. Landlines belong to a fixed-line provider (PLDT, Globe At Home, Converge, Eastern, and regional carriers) and have no mobile network. Mobile unli-call promos usually exclude landlines unless they say “all-net + landline”.
