Yes. GOMO is a brand owned and run by Globe Telecom. It launched in 2020 as an app-first prepaid service with no physical store, no expiring load and flat data bundles. Everything under the hood is Globe: the cell sites, the LTE and 5G coverage, the number blocks and the SIM registration system.

What “under Globe” means in practice

On-net promos. A GOMO number counts as Globe for Globe-to-Globe and TM-to-Globe promos. Calling a GOMO friend from a Globe or TM SIM is on-net.
Coverage. If Globe has signal somewhere, GOMO has the same signal. There is no separate GOMO network.
Prefix. GOMO numbers were issued on 0976. Some lists also attach 0975; that block is Globe/TM and is being verified.
Registration. GOMO SIMs register through the GOMO app, not the Globe portal, but the record still lands with Globe.
GCash. Works normally; GCash is owned by a Globe subsidiary but accepts numbers from every network.

How GOMO differs from Globe Prepaid and TM

The difference is the product, not the network. GOMO sells data that does not expire, managed entirely in the app, with no promo codes to register. Globe Prepaid and TM sell time-limited promos through *143#, the GlobeOne app and retailers. If you want the cheapest per-day unli text, TM usually wins; if you want data you can leave alone for months, GOMO is built for that.

Is GOMO the same as GOMO Singapore?
