032 is a Cebu landline area code, not a mobile prefix
032 is not a Globe, Smart or DITO number. It is the landline area code for Cebu. Cebu City, Mandaue, Lapu-Lapu and the rest of Cebu province.
What network is 032?
None. Landlines belong to a fixed-line provider (PLDT, Globe At Home, Converge, Eastern, and regional carriers) and have no mobile network. Mobile unli-call promos usually exclude landlines unless they say “all-net + landline”.
Dialing a 032 number

- From a landline in the same area: just the 7-digit number.
Got a call from a 032 number?
It is a landline in Cebu. Banks, offices and call centres use them, and so do scammers who spoof them. If the caller asks for an OTP, PIN or payment, hang up; see how to spot scam calls.
